Founded in 1991, Metallic Building Materials LLC. (MBM) is a well-established Stockist & Distributor of quality products across the UAE and the Arabian Gulf, and continually expanding throughout the region.
We are a project-oriented company, headquartered in Dubai, with branch offices in Oman & Qatar and affiliations in Bahrain, Kuwait & Saudi Arabia with agreed sole distributorship of various engineering companies in the United States and Europe.
Our general business practices include approaching builders and contractors directly to fulfil their building needs through our expert sales staff.

Quality
We at Metallic Building Materials LLC. (MBM) have established a Quality Management System and are committed to continuous improvement by providing a framework for measuring and enhancing our services. We have administered Quality Manuals and Procedures in place to support our aim in meeting total customer satisfaction throughout our activities.
As Metallic Building Materials LLC., we have a definitive responsibility and commitment for quality; yet all our employees are accountable within their own capacities to ensure that quality is rooted within all of MBM’s activities.
MBM’s Quality Policy calls for frequent development of the Quality Management System that warrants efficiency in our activities. Our business will be led according to the following principles:
- To comply with all applicable statutory laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- To comply with the requirements of the International Quality System (ISO 9001:2015) and related standards.
- To ensure that our activities are safe for our personnel, principals representatives, and others who come into contact with our business activities.
- To work faithfully with our clients, and suppliers/principals to achieve the highest Quality standards.
- To train our personnel to comply with the requirements of Quality Management System and to ensure that the same is properly communicated and understood throughout our organization.
- To conduct all business activities to a high professional standard with technical and commercial integrity.
- To provide on-time professional products/services by a qualified team.
- To adhere to an effective response commitment to Client Complaints.
This policy is approved by our Management and is supported by all levels of management within our organization. All personnel shall be guided by the contents of this Quality Management System and they are accountable to its implementation and development.
No deviation from the methods and procedures set down shall be permitted.
HSE
Our Management at Metallic Building Materials LLC. (MBM) is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely and with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, contractors, authorized visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations. We are committed to ensuring we comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2012, the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 and applicable Codes of Practice as far as possible.
Management
Will provide and maintain as far as possible:
- A safe working environment.
- Safe systems of work.
- Substances in safe condition.
- Facilities for the welfare of workers.
- Information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and health risks.
- A commitment to consult and co-operate with workers in all matters relating to health and safety in the workplace.
- A commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.
- Comply with legal regulated requirements (National & International)
Workers
Each worker has an obligation to:
- Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to equipment.
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.
- Wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary.
- Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety.
- Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety.
- Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial.
- Report all known or observed hazards to their supervisor or manager.
We seek the co-operation of all workers, customers and other persons. We encourage suggestions for realizing our health and safety objectives to create a safe working environment with a zero accident rate. This policy applies to all business operations and functions, including those situations where workers are required to work off-site.
